Already have emails?
Know which ones
are safe to send.
The Email Verifier takes addresses you already have and tells you immediately whether they're deliverable. Paste one in, or upload a full list — get a clear Verified / Not Verified status for each one, right inside ConnectionQ.
Two ways to verify
One address or ten thousand —
same clean result.
The Email Verifier lives on its own dedicated page inside ConnectionQ. Use it whenever you need it — there's no minimum, no setup, and the results are immediate.
Check one address instantly.
Paste any email address into the field and click Verify. ConnectionQ runs it through a live deliverability check and returns a clear status in seconds — no waiting, no batching.
Clean a whole list at once.
Upload a CSV with a single column of email addresses. ConnectionQ queues the list as a background job, processes every row, and returns a status column next to each address — Verified, Not Verified, Skipped, or Disposable.
No ambiguity
Four statuses. Clear meaning.
No guesswork.
Every email you submit gets one of four outcomes. Here's exactly what each one means and what you should do next.
The email address exists and is actively accepting messages. The mail server responded positively during our live SMTP handshake.
The mailbox does not exist on that domain, or the mail server rejected the lookup. Sending to this address will bounce.
The address is a shared group inbox (info@, sales@, support@, admin@ etc.) belonging to no individual. These can deliver but won't convert — they land in a queue nobody owns.
The domain belongs to a temporary email provider. These inboxes are designed to receive one message and expire — there's no real person on the other end.
Credit policy: You are only charged one credit for a Verified result. Not Verified, Skipped (role-based), and Skipped (disposable) results are completely free — your credits only go toward email addresses confirmed safe to send.
Keep your list clean by default
Two filters that protect
your sender reputation.
Before verification even runs, you can tell ConnectionQ to automatically skip certain categories. These aren't just nice-to-haves — they prevent damage to your sending domain before it happens.
Skip role-based addresses
Sends to info@, support@, team@ and similar group inboxes might deliver but rarely start conversations. Enable this filter and they're flagged as Skipped immediately — saving your credits for personal inboxes that get real replies.
Filter disposable domains
Thousands of services offer throwaway email addresses that expire within hours or days. Sending to them spikes your bounce rate. Enable this filter and ConnectionQ marks them as Skipped before spending a single credit on them.

Don't have the email yet? Find it first.
The Email Verifier checks emails you already have. If you need to find a prospect's email from their name and company domain — directly inside LinkedIn search, saved leads, or a campaign sequence — that's the Email Finder.
