Everywhere you work

The email finder follows
you across the entire platform.

You never have to leave what you're doing to find an email. The "Find Email" button appears wherever leads appear in ConnectionQ — it's part of the workflow, not a detour.

People Search

A "Find Email" button appears on every result row in the LinkedIn basic people search. Our backend picks the most recent company domain automatically — you just click.

Sales Navigator Leads

Works identically on filtered Sales Navigator lead and account searches. Find emails for individuals or trigger bulk enrichment across an entire filtered result set.

Saved Lead Lists

Every lead in your saved lists has a "Find Email" button. Also works per experience — if a lead has multiple roles, you can find the email associated with each specific company.

Campaign Sequences

Add a "Find Email" step inside any sequence. When the campaign runs, the backend automatically picks the top recent company domain for each lead and looks up their email. If found, the next action (like sending an email) fires. If not, it follows the alternate branch.

Single Custom Lookup

The dedicated Email Finder page lets you enter a first name, last name, and company domain directly and get the email instantly — useful for one-off lookups outside of any campaign.

Bulk CSV Upload

Upload a CSV with three columns — first name, last name, company domain — and ConnectionQ processes every row, returning each record with the found email or blank. Export the enriched file when done.

How it works

Three inputs. One email.
Anywhere in the platform.

The logic is always the same: give us a first name, a last name, and a company domain — our system looks up whether that specific email address exists and returns it if it does.

When triggered from a search page or lead list, ConnectionQ automatically picks the most recent company domain from the lead's experience — no manual input needed. On the dedicated Finder page and CSV upload, you supply the domain directly.

1 Manual single lookup

One person, right now.

Use the dedicated Email Finder page to look up any person by entering their name and company domain manually. Instant result — useful for one-off lookups or qualifying a specific lead before adding them to a campaign.

Thousands of leads at once.

Upload a CSV with three columns — first name, last name, company domain — and ConnectionQ processes every row. A background job runs the lookups, and once complete each record shows the found email or a blank. Export the enriched file when done.

Experience-level precision

Find the email for
a specific company —
not just the latest one.

When you're viewing a lead's full profile, the email finder appears on every experience entry — not just the most recent. If you want to reach someone at a company they left, or confirm their current work address specifically, you can trigger the lookup per experience with one click.

When used in search pages or automated sequences, the system automatically selects the most recent experience domain — so you never have to think about which one to use unless you want to.

Cleaner results by default

Skip the emails that
nobody actually reads.

Role-based emails like info@, sales@, and support@ get high open rates but zero replies — they land in group inboxes no individual owns. Disposable domains are throwaway addresses that expire. ConnectionQ lets you filter both out so your credits go toward emails with a real person behind them.

Skip role-based emails

Emails like info@ admin@ contact@ belong to no one. Enable this filter and ConnectionQ will skip them entirely, saving your credits for decision-maker inboxes.

Filter disposable domain emails

Temporary inboxes from services like Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, and thousands of similar domains exist purely to avoid real contact. Enable this filter and they'll never appear in your results.

Already have emails? Verify them.

The Email Finder finds emails you don't have yet. If you already have a list of email addresses and want to check whether they're deliverable before sending, ConnectionQ has a separate Email Verifier — single address or bulk CSV upload, instant results.

Email Finder FAQ

Three inputs: a first name, a last name, and a company domain (e.g. acmecorp.com — not the full website URL). That's it. When triggered from a search page or lead list, ConnectionQ automatically supplies the domain from the lead's most recent experience, so in most cases you just click a button. On the dedicated Finder page and CSV upload, you provide these three columns yourself.
The Email Finder finds an email you don't have yet — it takes a name and domain and returns the email address if it exists. The Email Verifier takes an email address you already have and checks whether it's deliverable. They solve different problems. ConnectionQ has both as separate features.
Yes. It works across basic LinkedIn people search, Sales Navigator searches, saved lead lists, campaign sequences, and the standalone Email Finder page — all without requiring Sales Navigator. That said, Sales Navigator gives you richer search filters to build better prospect lists in the first place.
The sequence branches. If a "Find Email" action succeeds, the campaign follows the success path — which might be sending an email. If it doesn't find an email, the campaign follows the alternate branch, which you define when building the sequence. You're never left with a stuck campaign.
Three columns: first_name, last_name, and domain (company domain, not full URL). That's the minimum. Once uploaded, ConnectionQ processes each row as a background job. When complete, each row will show the found email or be blank if not found. You can then export the enriched file.
No. Credits are only consumed when an email is successfully found. If our system can't locate an email for a given name and domain combination, you are not charged for that lookup.
