Yes, any time. Upgrade and the change is immediate — you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrade and the new rate kicks in at your next billing cycle. You can also cancel at any time from your account settings.
Yes. Every account runs in its own dedicated environment with a unique IP address and browser fingerprint — so LinkedIn sees it as a real person on their own device, not automation software. ConnectionQ enforces safe daily limits automatically, modelled on normal human LinkedIn behaviour. We have zero account bans reported across our 2,000+ user base.
No. Running sequences, sending connection requests, sending messages, and performing InMails all run within your plan's daily limits — they cost zero credits. Credits are only consumed by email finding, contact exports, AI messaging, profile view activity, skill endorsements, and social engagement actions (follows, likes, comments). The credit cost table above shows the exact cost per action.
Actions that require credits — primarily email finding — pause until your credits are replenished. Your sequence campaigns and LinkedIn outreach continue running uninterrupted since they don't use credits. On Pro and Growth plans you can purchase additional credits at any time at the overage rate shown in the comparison table above.
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can test the full platform before committing. Once a paid subscription starts, we generally do not offer refunds, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Sales Navigator adds more powerful search filters and higher daily search limits. It's optional and useful for high-volume teams, but never required.
Yes. Pro and Growth plans include multiple seats — team members who each need their own login. Each person can access all connected LinkedIn accounts and campaigns from the shared workspace. The Basic plan is single-seat for individual users.
Seats are team member logins — people who log into ConnectionQ to manage campaigns and view data. LinkedIn accounts are the actual LinkedIn profiles connected to ConnectionQ that run campaigns. For example, an agency with 5 staff members (5 seats) might manage 10 client LinkedIn accounts. Seats and accounts are separate limits, both listed on your plan.
White label — full custom domain, logo, and brand throughout the platform — is available as an Enterprise partnership, not as a self-serve plan feature.
