Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the ConnectionQ Partner Program. By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Commission Structure

ConnectionQ offers up to 30% lifetime recurring commission on all paid subscriptions generated through your unique referral link.

• Commissions are calculated based on the net transaction amount (after any discounts or credits).
• "Lifetime" means you continue to earn commissions as long as the referred customer remains a paying subscriber.
• Self-referrals (using your own link to purchase a plan) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ban.

2. Payouts

Payouts are processed once per month via PayPal or Stripe.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: $50.00 USD.
• Payout Schedule: Payments are made on the 1st of every month for commissions earned at least 30 days prior (Net-30). This allows for any refunds or chargebacks to be processed.

3. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Brand Bidding: You may not run PPC ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) bidding on keywords containing "ConnectionQ" or variations thereof.
• Spam: You may not promote ConnectionQ via unsolicited email (spam) or aggressive social media spamming.
• Misrepresentation: You may not impersonate ConnectionQ or claim to represent the company officially. You must disclose your affiliate relationship.
• Coupon Sites: You may not post your link on coupon aggregation sites.

4. Cookie Duration

We use a 90-day cookie policy. If a user clicks your link and converts within 90 days, you will be credited with the referral, provided they have not clicked another partner's link more recently (Last Click Attribution).

5. Termination

ConnectionQ reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Partner Program at any time for violation of these terms. If terminated for fraudulent activity (e.g., self-referrals, stolen credit cards), all pending commissions will be forfeited.

6. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of ConnectionQ. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your commission earnings.
